UYIRÉ: TAMIL DATING · THILAXSHAN
Child Safety Standards
Uyiré: Tamil Dating, operated by Thilaxshan, is an adults-only dating service. We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform that does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Our zero-tolerance standard
Uyiré strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users may not create, request, upload, store, share, distribute, promote, or facilitate sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.
This includes, without limitation, grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, sexualised communications with minors, and any image, video, or computer-generated depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Adults only
Uyiré is only for people aged 18 or older. We require a date of birth during registration and do not permit accounts for minors. We may suspend or remove accounts where we believe a user is underage or has provided false age information.
How to report a concern in the app
Users can report a profile directly from its profile menu or from a conversation menu without leaving the app. Select “Child safety concern, suspected minor, CSAE or CSAM” and add only information that helps our review. Reports are confidential and are not shown to the reported person.
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Our response to reports
We prioritise child-safety reports for review. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action under our standards and applicable law, including restricting access, removing prohibited content, preserving information where legally required, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the relevant competent authority.
Child Safety point of contact
