Uyiré

You must be at least 18 years old to use Uyiré. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18, the information you provide is accurate, and you are legally permitted to use online dating and social networking services.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to create fake accounts, impersonate others, use misleading profile information, or share your account. Uyiré reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Uyiré a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, process, and distribute that content solely for operating the platform. You are solely responsible for all content you post. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Users may not: harass or threaten others, publish illegal or explicit content, conduct scams, collect personal information without consent, upload malware, or promote hate speech. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Uyiré may offer optional verification methods (SMS, Identity, etc.). Verification badges indicate successful completion of verification processes but do not guarantee user behavior or authenticity beyond the verification performed. Uyiré is not liable for any actions taken by verified users.

Users are solely responsible for their communications. Uyiré does not actively monitor private conversations but may investigate reports involving abuse, harassment, fraud, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Uyiré may offer paid subscriptions and premium features. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Uyiré reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.

User profiles are not indexed by search engines by default. Users may voluntarily enable public search engine visibility through their account settings. Uyiré is not responsible for the indexing or caching of profile information by third-party search engines.

Uyiré may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion when Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, security risks arise, or user behavior negatively impacts the community. Users may terminate their account at any time by following the account deletion process.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." UYIRÉ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UYIRÉ DOES NOT GUARANTEE MATCHES, RELATIONSHIPS, COMPATIBILITY, OR THE ACCURACY OF USER PROFILES. ALL INTERACTIONS OCCUR AT THE USER'S OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UYIRÉ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL UYIRÉ'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO UYIRÉ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR LKR 5,000 (FIVE THOUSAND SRI LANKAN RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS LESS. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Uyiré and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Uyiré, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
